6、 室内电弧焊时，应有排气通风装置。
7、 焊工操作地点相互之间应设挡板，以防弧光刺伤眼睛。
8、 焊工必须穿戴防护衣服。
9、 电弧焊焊工要戴防护面罩。
10、焊工应立站在干燥木板或其它绝缘垫上。
11、焊接过程中，如焊机发生不正常响声，变压器绝缘电阻过小导线破裂、漏电等，均应立即停机进行检修。
