内容摘要：
1、 每个工人都应自觉遵守南靖信达建筑工程有限公司的各种规章制度。

7、 绑扎基础钢筋时，应按施工操作规程摆放钢筋支架（马凳）架起上部钢筋，不得任意减少支架或马凳。
8、 多人合运钢筋，起、落、转、停动作要一致，人工上下传送不得在同一垂直线上；钢筋 堆放要分散、稳当，防止倾倒和塌落。
9、 点焊、对焊钢筋时，焊机应设在干燥的地方；焊机要有防护罩并放置平稳牢固，电源通过漏电保护器，导线绝缘良好。
10、电焊时应戴防护眼镜和手套，并站在胶木板或木板上。电焊前应先清除易燃易爆物品，停工时，确认无火源后，方准离开现场。
