河北省公路工程安全生产、文明施工管理规定
第一章  总 则
第一条  为加强我省公路工程施工现场管理，促进安全生产和文明施工，实现公路工程科学、规范、安全和文明的管理目标，根据国家和省有关规定，结合本省公路工程实际，制定本规定。
第二条  在我省进行公路工程（新改建、大中修）施工的现场管理及有关施工活动适用本规定。
第三条  公路建设项目法人对公路工程安全生产、文明施工负责。工程实施中应加强对职工的教育与培训，按照国家有关规定建立健全安全保证体系，落实安全生产责任制，保证工程质量和安全。
第四条  河北省交通厅负责全省公路工程施工现场的安全生产、文明施工的监督管理工作。
各市、县交通局负责本地区公路工程施工现场安全生产、文明施工的监督管理工作。
第五条  公路工程各从业单位必须坚持“安全第一、预防为主”和贯彻“质量第一”的方针，依靠科学管理和技术进步，认真履行有关安全生产、文明施工管理的相应职责，保障人身和工程安全，确保工程质量。
第二章  安全生产
