技术交底内容：
1、 工地用电应由专职的持证电工完成。
2、 电气设备检修、停工、临时停电或下班时，要由设备操作工拉开电源并加锁。
3、 一切漏电开关、熔断器、插座均应装在配电箱内，其容量应与负荷相匹配。
4、 总配电箱除装有电源总开关及其保护电器外，还应装有各分路开关，零线要在总配电箱附近重复接地。
5、 所有楼层配电箱应采用金属箱，箱体、箱门完好无损、有锁；装在室外者要有防雨装置。
6、 导线应绝缘良好、载面符合负载要求；除不超过2M的灯位线和安全电压的线路外禁止使用花线；架空线路离楼地面3.5M以上，跨越马路应在6M以上，架空线路应采用电缆，并用硬质管保护。
7、 照明灯位一般应固定安装在工人工作时碰不着的地方；室外照明应采用防水灯头，否则应有切实的防雨装置；民工宿舍采用36伏安全电压；潮湿场所应用12伏电压。
8、 熔断丝脱扣器等保护应与负荷电流配合。
9、 所有电气设备的金属外壳均应采用接地（或接零）保护，接地电阻应符合要求；每台设备应有就近操作的开关和保护；应定期检查绝缘电阻应在0.5兆欧以上；放置室外的电气设备应有防雨。
10、 应配备一机一箱一闸一漏电保护开关，并专人专机使用。
