1、搅拌桩机进场后,作业人员必须戴安全帽,机长安排人员装机、竖支架、布设临时用电，做到安全合理；
2、搅拌桩机按要求就位后，由安全股、机材股联合进行一次全面的施工前安全检查。检查内容有：用电安全、桩架的稳定性，操作部位的性能，导向部件的稳固程度等，确保安全符合要求后才准予施工；
3、每次施工前，由施工员负责对搅拌机进行安全检查，不符合安全要求的禁止强行施工；
4、必须配有专门的电工，持证上岗；
