内容摘要：
1、 井架搭设高度和起重量必须按设计规定要求，严禁超负荷使用。
2、 井架的底座必须安置在坚硬地基上，埋深不得少于1m；井架基础土层承载力，应不小于8KPa，并浇筑C20混凝土，厚度300mm、基础表面平整偏差不大于10mm。
