孔下作业安全技术交底

1、 不准只用人工提土架上下孔；
2、 使用井字架下孔时，应由熟练工人操作，并有专人站于孔口附近指挥；卷扬机吊钩必须插上防脱插销；
3、 使用软爬梯或钢爬梯上下孔时，作业人员应穿安全带，并将提土架胶绳绑于安全带上；提土架胶绳应无磨损，绑扎牢固；
4、 孔下作业应有人于孔口附近做好监控；
5、 大件材料下孔要绑扎牢固，小件材料及工具下孔应用铁桶稳妥装载，材料下孔时孔下作业人员应回避并做好接放；
6、 孔下用电器要有漏电保护；应妥善处理水泵的上下孔；
7、 孔下应做好通风、照明。
