施工安全防护措施补充方案
根据2005年4月14日在我项目部召开的会议精神,并结合各站段所提出的具体防护要求,为确保跨铁路施工的安全,对原上报施工方案中安全防护措施不足之处进行以下补充:
一、站场内:
1、认真组织各级作业人员学习铁路营业线施工安全管理规定,制定跨线作业区域操作规程,培训学习有关封闭作业要领。
2、施工前,在铁路限界外设置围挡,避免施工过程中的机械设备和材料侵入铁路限界内。
3、施工区两侧距相邻线路中心线不少于3.5m,沿施工区界设置限界栏杆,所有施工作业和人员必须在限界以内施工。
4、施工区采用10cm砼铺面,以保护地下各种铁路设施。
5、进入施工区需拆除A线桥下铁路围墙一段,在拆除围墙处便道侧设置道口看守房,派专人24小时执班,严格执行《铁路道口管理暂行规定》,禁止非施工人员和机械进入施工区。
6、钻孔桩施工时采用长护筒,护筒长度不得小于6.0米。并采用成孔效率高,污染小的旋挖钻进行施工,减少施工振动对铁路产生的影响,泥浆臬置于站场范围以外,钻孔的泥浆采用泥浆车及时清运,防止四处流溢,浸泡道床及路基。
7、承台开挖前,对于靠近铁路侧在4米以内距离的墩位,必须进行固化压浆及钢板桩、钢架挡板板合支护,钢板桩支
