交底内容    施工所用的各种机具设备和劳动保护用品，应定期进行检查和必要的检验，保证其经常处于完好状态；不合格的机具设备和劳动保护用品严禁使用。下挖工程，施工前应根据设计文件复查地下构造物（电缆、管道等）和埋置及走向，并采取防护措；施工中如发现有危险品及其它可疑物品时，应即停止下挖，报请有关部门处理。重要的安全设施必须执行与主体工程“三同时”的原则，即：同时设计、审批，同时施工，同时验收，投入使用。
