11、班组如果因劳力不足需要再招新工人时，应事先向工地报告。
12、新工人进场后应先经过三级安全交底，并经考试合格后方可让其正式上岗。
13、新工人进场应具有四证，即：职业资质证、身份证、计划生育证和外来人口暂住证。
