土方开挖自卸汽车操作人员安全技术交底.doc

交底内容：
1． 严格遵守《城市和公路交通管理规则》的有关规定。
2． 启动前检查工作装置、行走机构、各部分安全防护装置、及电气装置等。
3． 行驶中，如发现有异响、发热等异常情况，应立即停车检查，排除故障后方可继续运行。
4． 自卸汽车应保持系统完好、工作平稳、操纵灵活，不得有卡阻现象。
5． 配合挖掘机作业时，自卸汽车就位后，接紧手制动器，在铲斗必须越过驾驶室作业时，驾驶室内不得有人停留。
6．卸料时，车厢上空和附近应无阻碍物，向基坑卸料时，必须保持安全距离。
7． 卸料后，车厢必须及时复位，不得在倾卸情况下驾驶，严禁车厢内载人。
8． 通过危险地区或狭窄地区，应停车检查，确认可以通过后，由专人指挥通过。
9． 车厢顶升后进行检修等作业时，必须用支撑将车厢顶升牢固，方可以进入车厢下面工作。
