安全管理条例

第一章：总   则
第一条： 为了完善我分公司安全管理体系，强化管理制度，有效地遏制或杜绝事故的发生，根据国家和上级有关安全生产管理的方针、政策、法令、法规，结合我部实际情况，特制定本条例。
第二条：安全生产是我国的一项基本国策和企业管理一项重要内容，安全管理的好坏，直接关系到职工的生命安全和健康，并将影响企业的社会信誉和经济效益。
第三条：各级管理人员及生产全体员工必须牢固树立“安全第一、预防为主”的方针，积极、主动地参与安全管理，并在日常工作中密切关注施工现场，发现隐患及时消除隐患，努力地创造安全生产的良好环境。
第二章：组   织
第四条：根据桥处精神，结合我实际情况，建立由经理、总工程师直接领导的安全管理体系（附后）。
第五条：安质室设有专职安全员一名。
第六条：各分项目部及班组设有兼职安全员若干名

Safety Management Regulations

Chapter I: General Provisions
