第一章  编制依据及说明
施工组织设计依据长春龙家堡机场飞行区场道工程招标文件、图纸、答疑及补充答疑、《民航机场场道工程施工技术要求》、《公路路面基层施工技术规范》(JTJ034-2000)、《民用机场飞行区工程竣工验收质量检验评定标准》(MH5007-2000)、现场踏勘情况、我单位的类似工程施工经验和施工能力编制。
在编制本施工组织设计过程中,我们立足于专业化、机械化、标准化施工,重点工程重点安排,尽量做到方案切实可行、经济合理,精心组织施工,向业主交一个优良工程。

第二章  工程概况与特点
一、机场位置
长春市和吉林市同处东北松辽平原腹部,为吉林省的两大中心城市。长春龙家堡机场位于长春市东北、九台市放牛沟乡与龙家堡乡的交汇处,分别距长春、吉林两市市中心31.2和76公里。机场参考点(近期2800m北跑道中心点)大地坐标为东经125041'1"、北纬43059'49.7"。跑道磁方位为590~2390,磁差为9.50西。
二、工程、水文地质
场区属新华夏构造体系的第二沉降带之东南隆起的长春到九台凸起,附近的断裂无活动迹象,根据场址地震稳定性评价,场区基本裂度最多为Ⅶ度,比较稳定。
场区内地貌单元主要为I区波状台地和Ⅱ区饮马河一级阶地,其中台地面积占90%,地势总体向NE倾斜,坡度1%左右,地面高程介于187~223m之间;饮马河一级阶地分布在本区东端,比较平坦,微向河流方向倾斜,其阶地后缘与台地毗连。场区西南部存在两处V形
Chapter Basis and Description

Chapter Project Overview and Features
