公路工程施工准备
一、施工现场准备
施工单位接到中标通知书后，在与业主签订合同的同时，开始施工现场准备工作，施工现场准备工作应做好以下几项工作：
（一）复查和了解现场
复查和了解现场的地形、地质、文化、气象、水源、电源、料源或料场、交通运输、通信联络以及城镇建设规划、农田水利设施、环境保护等有关情况。
对于扩（改）建工程，应将拟保留的原有通信、供电、供水、供暖、供油、排水沟管等地下设施复查清楚，在施工中要采取保护措施，防止损坏。
（二）确定工程用地范围。施工单位应根据施工图纸和施工临时需要确定工程用地范围，及在此范围内有多少土地，哪些是永久占地、哪些是临时占地，并与地方有关人员到现场一一核实（是荒地或是良田、果园等）、绘出地界、设立标志。
（三）清除现场障碍。施工现场范围内的障碍如建筑物、坟墓、暗穴、水井、各种管线、道路、灌溉渠道、民房等必须拆除或改建，以利施工的全面展开。
（四）办妥有关手续。上述占地、移民和障碍物的拆迁等都必须事先与有关部门协商，办妥一切手续后方可进行。
（五）作好现场规划。施工单位按照施工总平面图搭设工棚、仓库、加工厂和预制厂；安装供水管线、架设供电和通信线路；设置料场、车场、搅拌站；修筑临时道路和临时排水设施等。在有洪水威胁的地区，防洪设施应在汛期前完成。
（六）道路安全畅通。道路施工需要许多大型的车辆机械和设备，原有道路及桥涵能否承受此种重载，需要进行调查、验算，不合要求的应作加宽或加固处理，保证道路安全畅通。
二、劳力、机具设备和材料准备
    （一）劳力
道路施工需要大量劳动力，而且时间相对集中，因此，开工前落实劳动力来源，按计划适时组织进（退¬）场，是顺利开展施工、按期完成任务、避免停工或窝工浪费的重要条件之一。
目前公路工程施工劳力多为民工，组织民工队伍时做好以下工作：
（1）要注重素质。民工素质直接影响工程质量，民工队伍素质审查要严把“四关”，即政治素质、道德纪律、身体条件和技术水平四个方面。
