第一节     编制说明

根据安徽新禧房地产开发有限公司对合肥市马鞍山南路（东流路~屯溪路）工程的招标文件和设计图纸的所列要求，我方经过认真阅读、研究，仔细考察工程施工现场和交通状况，组织了拟任项目经理及主要项目技术、管理人员进行分析，编制本工程的施工组织设计。在编制过程中，充分考虑了各关键重点工序间的衔接与协调和工期紧的特点。在严格遵守有关技术规范的前提下，按照市政道路、排水工程的施工与组织管理程序，结合我公司多年的施工经验和目前的施工技术，编制本工程的施工组织设计。
    一、编制依据
1、由安徽新禧房地产开发有限公司提供的合肥市马鞍山南路（东流路~屯溪路）工程的招标文件、招标补充文件。
2、由合肥市建筑设计研究院设计提供的马鞍山南路（东流路~屯溪路）工程的施工设计图。
3、由合肥市勘察院勘测提供的马鞍山南路（东流路~屯溪路）工程地质勘察报告。
4、工程现场踏勘及业主介绍的情况。
5、市政工程有关施工验收标准（CJJ1—90、CJJ3--90）及给排水管道工程施工验收规范（GB50268-97）。
6、本公司近年来已承建过类似工程的施工经验。
7、本公司ISO9002质量体系系列文件。
    二、编制原则
1、遵照招标文件中的各项条款要求进行编制。
2、按“项目法”的施工原则进行管理和施工，严格执行有关的施工规范和验收标准,  按图施工。
