第一章    施工组织设计综合说明

本施工组织设计是在认真阅读了本工程的招标文件、招标图纸和勘踏现场的基础上编制的，工期、质量、安全和文明施工的目标的措施，进场机械设备、人员配备等均考虑了本公司的实际能力而郑重承诺的，现将编制说明分别表述如下：
一、工程概况
本工程位于广饶县经济开发区，该工程为山东金岭化学有限公司有机硅项目厂区道路工程。工程量9米宽：817米（做法：1、素土夯实；2、3：7灰土500厚；3、C30砼250厚），8米宽：151米（做法：1、素土夯实；2、3：7灰土500厚；3、C30砼250厚），6米宽：2077米（做法：1、素土夯实；2、3：7灰土300厚；3、C30砼200厚）。
二、工期目标
招标文件要求工期为60日历天。我公司将在接到中标通知书后，立即进行施工准备，按业主要求准备工程开工。为了响应招标文件的要约，我公司认真研究了工程情况，并仔细地踏勘现场，讨论确定了切实可行的施工方案，采用专业流水线施工与平行施工相结合的方式进行组织。按照所编制的施工进度计划留有一定的余地，以备在工程实施时，碰到局部有难度时，我公司将通过优化施工网络计划，采取必要的措施，调整局部工期和增加设备及施工力量，积极配合建设单位一起分忧解难，在总工期不延期的前提下，全面规划、统筹兼顾、见缝插针地安排好各项施工任务，确保总工期不延期。为响应招标文件的要约，我公司承诺：本工程施工工期确定为60日历天。
三、工程质量目标
本工程质量标准为“合格”。
公司贯彻执行“ISO9001：2000”质量标准，为力争该工程创建优良工程提供了保证，因此，除了施工组织设计中制定切实可行的质量管理和技术措施外，本公司还将定期对进场施工人员组织有关施工
