天津港南疆公路桥工程位于海河入海口处，在现状南疆公路大桥的北侧，两桥间距5米。复线桥桥长1209.46米，桥梁面积为3.2万平米。主要包括桥梁工程、道路工程、交通工程、照明工程。
1.1、工程简述
1.1.1、桥梁工程
南疆复线公路桥位于渤海西岸海河入海口，现状南疆公路大桥和南疆铁路
大桥的北侧，西端与津沽一线跨海滨大道立交相接，东端与南疆港区内主干道南港路相接。该大桥和现状南疆公路大桥是车辆进出南疆港区的重要公路通道。桥梁面积为3.2万平米，其中主桥面积为7663.8平米，引桥面积为24386.89平米。

 主要材料规格
a、混凝土材料：
1）预应力混凝土连续箱梁：C50
2) 普通钢筋混凝土墩柱：C35（标高在6.5米～-7米之间的墩柱需达F350）
3) 护栏地袱、桥面防水混凝土：C30
4) 钻孔灌注桩、承台：C35（且满足F350）
5) 桥台台身、桥头搭板：C30
6) 承台下混凝土垫层：C10
b、预应力钢筋：
1）、钢绞线：主桥及引桥所用钢绞线均采用ФS15.
