1、 工程概况：
 1.1、工程简述
  泰达大街位于开发区中心区域金融区泰丰公园附近，跨越泰达大街，是天津市开发区又一使用价值与景观效果并重的人行天桥。
  泰达天桥与下穿泰达大街基本正交，根据甲方要求人行天桥必须一跨跨越泰达
大街90规划红线，考虑到桥墩宽度尺寸，选定跨径为92.5m，桥面全宽6.5m，
桥面净宽4m。桥梁主体为钢结构单斜塔、主受力后背索、左右稳定索和桥面空
间斜拉索联系组成空间受力体系，塔与梁体结构分离（指通过柔性的斜拉索联
系）。桥梁两侧各设置净宽2.4m人行梯道2座、电梯1座。
 1.2、自然、气候条件
  1）气候：天津市属于暖带半湿润季风气候，位于大陆性与海洋性气候的过渡带上，四季分明。冬季受蒙古冷高气压控制，盛行西北风；夏季受太平洋副热带高气压左右，多为偏南风。气候特点是：春季干旱多风，冷暖多变；夏季温高湿重，雨热共济；秋天天高云淡，风和日丽；冬季寒冷干燥，雨雪稀少。
  2）气温：年平均气温11.1~12.3℃，七月平均气温26℃以上，一月平均气温-4℃以下，极端最高温40.3℃，极端最低气温-21℃
  3）降水量：年平均降水量550~680mm，一日最大暴雨量304.4mm，每年6~9月为汛期，平均雨日34天左右，占全年总降水量的73%以上，冬季雨雪量只占全年总降水量的1%~3%。
  4）冰冻：标准冻土深度0.6m左右。
  5）风：年平均风速2~5m/s，最大风速22m/s，瞬间风速大于等于17m/s，年平均日数为31~53天。
  6）湿度：7，8月份平均值可达80%，2~4月份最低值为0。

 本场地埋深60.30m深度范围内，地基土按成因年代可分为以下7层，按力学性能可分为11个亚层，自上而下为
