1设备、人员动员周期和设备、人员、材料运到现场的方法
1.1设备、人员动员周期
我单位接到中标通知后，立即组织项目经理部人员和机械设备上场。由项目经理带领技术、安全、质量、计划财务、设备物资、办公室等部室人员共30人组成先遣组进入现场迅速展开工作。7天内调配急需的施工人员180名进入现场，调配急需的挖掘机、推土机、装载机、内燃空压机、内燃发电机、混凝土拌和及运输设备20台套及整套试验和测量仪器到达工地。项目经理部其余人员15天内全部到达现场，其他机械设备、人员根据工程进度安排，陆续上场，确保满足施工需要。
1.2设备、人员和材料运到现场的方法
1.2.1设备
外埠的设备采用火车运至西安站，然后用汽车运到工地；就近的设备及从就近施工工地调运的设备采用平板运输车运至施工现场。
1.2.2人员
人员乘坐火车或长途汽车到达工地。
