一、施工组织设计编制说明
（一）编制依据
1、某禹门口至阎良高速公路土建工程C01合同段招标文件、参考资料、标前答疑及有关补遗资料。
2、某省公路勘察设计院提供的有关设计图纸、设计文件、设计资料。
3、交通部颁发的现行规范、规程、规则、验标、公路工程施工定额、概预算编制办法。
4、现场踏勘调查所获得的有关资料。
5、我公司拥有的科技工法成果和现有的管理水平、劳力设备、技术能力，以及长期从事公路建设所积累的丰富的施工经验。
（二）编制范围
某禹门口至阎良高速公路土建工程C01合同段，即设计里程K0+000～K11+750全长11.75Km范围内的土建工程，内容包括路基、路面、桥梁、立交、沿线设施等，达到交通部颁发的现行的交付验收标准，并办理交验为止的全过程。
（三）编制原则
1、严格遵守招标文件所规定的工程施工工期，招标合同条款以及招标文件的各项要求，根据工程的特点和轻重缓急，分期分批组织施工，在工期安排
