(1)《锦屏水电站九龙河口～锦屏一级坝区辅助道路改建工程（第四标）招标文件》。
(2)招标文件提供的设计图纸、工程量清单等有关资料。
(3)国家及行业现行设计、施工规范、验收标准及有关文件。
(4)招标期间招标单位与投标单位所有来往的函件及补遗资料。
(5)我公司对施工现场的实地勘察、调查资料。
(6)我公司积累的成熟技术、科技成果、施工工艺方法及同类工程的施工经验。
(7)我公司可调用到本标段工程的各类资源。
1.1.2.编制范围
锦屏水电站九龙河口～锦屏一级坝区辅助道路改建工程（第四标）招标文件所规定的全部工程内容，包括：土石方工程、路面、桥梁、隧道、排水及涵洞、防护工程等。
1.1.3.遵循的规范和标准
本投标文件施工组织设计遵循的主要规范、标准（包括但不限于）见表1-1-1。
