一、施工组织设计文件内容:
本施工组织设计共六章:第一章工程概述;第二章组织机构;第三章施工总平面布置及临时工程;第四章施工方案、施工方法;第五章施工进度计划;第六章工期、质量、安全、文明环保目标及保证体系。
二、下面就各章有关的主要内容作一介绍,着重介绍施工方案方法和施工进度计划,以及完成计划目标的技术、质量、安全方面的主要事项。
(一)第一章:工程概况
1、工程规模:本工程施工里程为K0+016~K3+292.157,含K1+214~K1+323.795段西涌桥一座。设计为城市次干道,宽度28米。
2、工程工期:合同开工日期为2004年12月30日,竣工日期为2005年5月28日。
3、工程质量目标为广州市优良样板工程。
4、路基:主要为填方路基。软土处理完毕后填砂填筑路基,并采用粘土包边植草。软土路基处理方式,主车道采用深层搅拌桩复合地基,人行道和绿化带采用袋装砂井处理方法。
5、西涌桥为预应力简支板梁结构。施工部位至3#墩。
6、排水工程:排水管道为雨水管道。
7、工程特点:
①软基处理工程量大,对后续工程和工期有很大影响;
②雨季施工,受雨天气候影响大。
③交叉施工单位多,对外和内部协调工作量大。
④桥梁水上作业和吊装难
