交底内容:
1. 本工程包含的预埋件种类:
综合管沟预埋件主要为预埋钢板、预埋钢管、预埋吊环及爬梯等。在标准断面的电缆仓、水仓和通信仓内的侧墙、底板和顶板均须预埋钢板,防火门两侧各埋设一块500×100×10钢板;电缆仓和通信仓的顶板底、底板顶须预埋吊环,另在非标准断面、综合管沟交叉口及各种接出口附近均布置有预埋件。预埋件的具体布置详见相关的设计图纸。
2. 预埋件的制作:
预埋钢板制作安排在公司车间进行,按照设计图纸规格在车床加工钢板,根据需用数量将加工好的钢板运至施工现场。根据设计图纸,规格为250×150×10的钢板设两排锚筋,每排3Φ14,锚筋间距为75.0mm,排距为50.0mm。规格为500×100×10的钢板设一排锚筋,锚筋间距为100mm;锚筋与钢板采用T形焊。
预埋Φ22钢筋吊环安排在现场钢筋加工场制作,按照设计图纸进行下料、加工,制作完成后有序堆放在钢筋棚内,并要注意防锈。
爬梯根据设计图纸要求,若是包塑防腐爬梯,向厂家订做,一般爬梯则安排在现场钢筋加工场制作。
3. 预埋件的安装:
(1). 测量定位:根据设计图纸,按照预埋件的分布及间距在现场进行测量放线定位,并做好预埋定位点标记。
(2). 安装顺序:底板、侧墙预埋钢板要在其钢筋绑扎完成后进行;顶板预埋钢板及吊环要在模板安装完成及绑扎钢筋前进行。
(3). 固定措施:采用点焊的方法固定预埋件,固定时注意:
预埋件定位经复核无误后,将锚固钢筋与综合管沟结构钢
