主要内容：
扩建工程在每个标段按首件工程认可制的要求，选择具有代表性的施工段落作为施工试验段，来确定压实机具的组合、最佳含水量、松铺厚度、碾压遍数、施工工艺等。及时写出试验报告并报批。拼接路堤施工要求多点分段平行流水施工，确保在计划工期内完成路基拼接施工。每个施工段采取五流程、三阶段组织流水作业，确保施工进度。五流程即：1）施工准备：清表，修筑临时便道、临时排水设施，取土坑排水和便道，拆除护坡、边沟等；2）基底处理：填前翻松、掺灰并压实，开挖台阶等；3）分层填筑：按预定的松铺厚度上土，翻拌晾晒或补水，掺灰拌和、平整压实；4）分层检测报验：按规定自检，测量压实度、石灰剂量、含水量等，报请监理抽查，合格后进行下道工序；5）整修：每层完成后应对路基的边坡、坑槽、表层松散、剥落层进行整修，特别是雨后或间隔时间较长的填土层，需刮除松散层、洒水复压，保证层间接合不留夹层。三阶段即：1）填前翻晒或补水作业阶段；2）掺灰、（若必要时）平整、碾压阶段；3）自检、报验、复检阶段。
