边沟盖板安装施工技术交底记录.doc

交底内容：
1、边沟台帽养护期结束，砼强度达到设计强度的70%后，即可进行盖板的安装。
2、盖板采用场外预制，运输车运至现场吊装就位。
3、盖板吊装前，应将台帽顶清理干净，并提前放线确定每块板的位置，人孔井的位置尤其应标注准确。盖板吊装前，应于台帽上铺二毡三油支座，厚度2cm。
4、吊装采用25t汽车吊进行，应将台帽上预留的锚栓筋套入盖板锚栓孔内，注意不得将锚栓碰弯，相邻两块板应对接共用一根锚栓。
5、检查井盖板吊装时，应将井孔放于沟北侧，两块盖板组成一个检查井孔。
6、盖板安装安全注意事项：
（1）、盖板安装前，应检查盖板的吊环是否牢固，有无断裂现象。
（2）、盖板吊装前，钢丝绳应连接牢固。
（3）、盖板吊起后，人员严禁站在盖板及吊车吊臂下，以防发生意外。
7、盖板安装允许偏差：
      顺桥纵轴线方向      10mm
      垂直桥纵轴线方向    5mm
