冲桩班防止偏孔质量技术交底内容:
    根据造成偏孔的原因，在施工过程中采取以下防止措施：
    1、根据甲方所提供的地质资料和相邻的槽孔的地质情况，及时予知进入岩层的深度、夹层情况以及岩面的坡度，以便采取相应的措施；
    2、保证桩架摆放准确，使锤心正对槽段中心线；加固桩架，减少冲锤过程中桩架的晃动；
    3、冲锤的直径控制在80-82CM之内，经常检查锤牙的磨损程度，及时修补或更换；
    4、冲孔过程中，提锤的高度控制2.5M之内，冲锤撞击岩面时，保证钢丝绳仍受拉力，以保持冲锤的竖直；
    5、及时换浆，保持一定的泥浆浓度，防止粘锤；
    6、冲孔至岩土分解面时，低锤密击，直至进入岩层内部；
     7、加强观察，发现偏孔及时采取措施予以纠正。
