冲桩班防止偏孔质量技术交底内容:
根据造成偏孔的原因,在施工过程中采取以下防止措施:
1、根据甲方所提供的地质资料和相邻的槽孔的地质情况,及时予知进入岩层的深度、夹层情况以及岩面的坡度,以便采取相应的措施;
2、保证桩架摆放准确,使锤心正对槽段中心线;加固桩架,减少冲锤过程中桩架的晃动;
3、冲锤的直径控制在80-82CM之内,经常检查锤牙的磨损程度,及时修补或更换;
4、冲孔过程中,提锤的高度控制2.5M之内,冲锤撞击岩面时,保证钢丝绳仍受拉力,以保持冲锤的竖直;
5、及时换浆,保持一定的泥浆浓度,防止粘锤;
6、冲孔至岩土分解面时,低锤密击,直至进入岩层内部;
7、加强观察,发现偏孔及时采取措施予以纠正。
