一、材料
采用商品砼。钢筋采用ⅠⅡ级钢筋，要有出厂合格证和出厂检验报告。并应按规定取样检验。
二、操作工艺
1、测量放样，修凿接头砼，搭设脚手架。
2、钢筋制作：制作在钢筋棚加工好，运到现场安装。主筋绑好后，再按设计要求将箍筋点焊于主筋四周。主筋采用“套筒冷挤压连接技术”，应符合《带肋钢筋套筒挤压连接技术规程》（JCJ108）的规定。钢筋骨架要保证垂直度，并在骨架外侧挂水泥砂浆保护层垫块。
3、模板安装
墩柱模板采用定型钢模板，由两个半圆形钢模用ф20螺栓连接拼装而成，每节长1.5m ，要求设调节段，长0.5m。模板应先试拼检查，调整其拼缝。模板要涂脱模剂，安装要保证不漏浆，从顶端向四个方向引出四条风缆绳，以便调整偏位，垂直度和固定模板。
4、砼浇筑
C30商品砼通过输送泵经导管借助串筒运送砼入模，按每层浇筑厚度30cm ，分层浇筑分层振捣密实，砼坍落度控制在120mm ～140mm 内，插入式振捣器振捣密实。拆模后及时淋水养护不少于设计或规范要求。
