一、准备工作
1、回填前预制管节现场铺设管的现浇混凝土基础强度、接口抹带或预制构件现场装
配的接缝水泥砂浆强度不小于5N/mm2。现场浇筑混凝土的强度达到设计规定。
2、回填前将槽底杂物（砖石、木块草包、模板及支撑设备等）清理干净,保证沟槽内
没有积水。
3、经监理工程师验管合格后进行。
二、回填材料
回填材料采用经试验检验合格的灰土、砂、砂砾。要求砂石级配良好，不含植物残体、
垃圾等杂物。砾石粒径约在0.5mm～30mm 之间，灰土配比按监理指示执行。
三、回填方法
1、回填顺序：还土时按基底排水方向由高至低分层进行，同时管腔两侧应同时进行。
2、填土要求：槽底至管顶以上0.5m 范围内及在抹带接口处、防腐绝缘层或电缆周围，
采用砂砾石回填；保证回填土的含水量，按土类和采用的压实工具控制在最佳含水量附近；
需要拌和的回填材料，应在运入槽内前拌和均匀，不得在槽内拌和。
3、填土方法：管道两侧沟槽底至管顶以上50cm 的范围内还土，由沟槽两侧对称进
行采用人工还土，不得直接扔在管道上；超过管顶50cm 以上时再采用机械还土。还土时
采用分层铺设夯实，层厚25cm，采用人工摊平。
4、夯实方法：管道两侧沟槽底至管顶以上50cm 的范围内采用人工夯实，超过管顶
50cm 以上采用蛙式打夯机夯实，砂、砂砾回填分层灌水、用插入式振动器振动，以达到设
计的压实度要求。回填压实逐层进行，且不得损伤管道。管道两侧和管顶以上50cm 范围
