一、施工准备
1、明挖管道铺设接口强度达到设计强度80%；
2、选定好砂、石子、水泥、砖、钢筋等原材料，送样到试验室作原材料试验，依据图
纸要求进行试配，现场按照试验室提供的配合比根据现场砂石含水量确定施工配合比。
二、施工方法
（一）、检查井砌筑
1、井底基础与管道基础同时浇筑。
2、流槽一定与检查井壁同时砌筑。表面用砂浆分层压实抹光，流槽与上下游管道接顺，
管内底高程符合混凝土管道基础及安装的允许偏差。
3、砌筑井室，用水冲净基础后，先铺一层砂浆，再压砖砌筑，做到满铺满挤，砖与砖
间灰缝保持1cm。
4、与检查井连接的所有管道端头，要经过凿毛处理并要清理干净，保证管道与检查井
井壁结合牢固。
5、砂浆拌和均匀，保证砌筑砖含水量为10～15%，砌体不得有竖向通缝，必须为上、
下错缝，内外搭接。如井身不能一次砌完，在二次接高时，将原砖面上的泥土杂物清理干净，

6、砖砌圆形检查井时，随时检测直径尺寸，当需要收口时，如为四面收进，则每次收

缝，有抹面要求时，内壁抹面应分层压实，外壁用砂浆搓缝并严实。
7、检查井接入圆管的管口应与井内壁平齐，当接入管径大于300mm 时，砌砖圈加固。
