一、施工组织设计文件内容：
    本施工组织设计共六章：第一章工程概述；第二章组织机构；第三章施工总平面布置及临时工程；第四章施工方案、施工方法；第五章施工进度计划；第六章工期、质量、安全、文明环保目标及保证体系。
二、下面就各章有关的主要内容作一介绍，着重介绍施工方案方法和施工进度计划，以及完成计划目标的技术、质量、安全方面的主要事项。
（一）第一章：工程概况
1、工程规模：线路全长3570.48米，里程为K4+500~K8+070.48。还有3#、4#、5#桥预应力砼小箱梁桥3座以及雨水、污水管道3条。
2、工程工期：拟定2003年11月11日开工，工期9个月。
3、工程质量；质量目标为广州市优良样板工程。
4、路基：主要为填方路基。软土处理完毕后吹填砂填筑路基，并采用粘土包边植草，堆载预压。路基防护分一般路段穿越水塘路段防护。软土路基处理，采用塑料排水板排水固结和深层搅拌桩复合地基。
