 冲桩班技术交底内容:
    1.桩架上的机长和成员应持证上岗。
    2.桩架人员每天交班都要交底，将上一个台班冲孔记录交代清楚。
    3.在成孔过程中，如发现偏孔应及时采取纠偏措施。当进岩时，应做好取样、分类、记录等工作。
    4.钢筋笼入槽前，必须对槽底泥浆和沉淀物进行置换和清除。置换量不小于该槽段总体积的1/3置换和清除必须采用底部抽吸，顶部补浆方法。使底部泥浆比不大于1.3。沉淀淤积物(沉渣）厚度不得超过规范要求。
    5.钢筋笼的构造应有利于入槽后的准确就位和固定。吊运过程中、不应产生不可恢复的变形，不得强行入槽。钢筋笼应在泥浆置换合格后及时入槽后至浇筑砼时的总停置时间不宜超过6小时。浇筑砼时应防止钢筋笼上浮。
    6.砼应采用导管法浇筑，导管按需要长度拼接。导管距槽段端部不宜大于2m；砼的浇筑速度不宜小于每小时上升3~4m，导管插入砼内的深度宜为2~4m，凿去浮浆层后的墙顶标高应符合设计要求。
    7.槽段接缝处已浇筑的砼表面，必须用专门工具在钢筋笼入槽前进行清刷，分段缝施工时不得破坏已浇筑的相邻段的砼。
