交底内容:
1、在用搅拌桩进行复合地基处理的区域,回填前应挖除搅拌桩桩顶浮土,回填30cm厚砂砾材料,并碾压密实。
2、填方材料使用现场内开挖的材料,并保证其在规定的含水量状态下能被压实到设计规定的密实度。
3、填筑前要对路基、台背等进行基底清理,保证施工场地能按设计要求进行平整压实。
4、填土路基必须根据设计断面分层填筑压实,其分层填筑厚度必须与压实机具相适应,一般每层松土填土厚度不应超过30cm。路基填筑压实宽度不得小于设计宽度,以便最后削坡,严禁贴坡。
5、每一压实层均应检验压实度,合格后方可填筑上一层。否则应查明原因,采取措施进行补压。检验频率每2000m²检验8点,不足2000m²时,至少应检验两点,必须每点都符合施工规范(JTJ071--98)及设计要求。必要时可根据需要增加检验点。试验报告要注明土料种类、试验日期、试验结论及试验人员签字。未达到设计要求的部位应有处理方法和复验结果。
6、路基修筑前15天应在取土地点取样进行击实试验,确定其最佳含水量和最大干密度。碾压前应先测定土的实际含水量是否符合或接近最佳含水量。如果回填土太干燥,应在碾压前对干土适当洒水加以润湿;如回填土太湿,压不密实呈“橡皮土”现象,这时应将“橡皮土”挖出,重新换土再碾压。
7、回填作业时,先填低洼路段,后填一般路段;先填路中,再逐渐填到路边。按水平分层逐层填筑,分层碾压,每层压实度要达到90%以上。不得顺坡铺填,最大层厚不超过20cm,土块粒径≤10cm。
8、碾压机行走方向应平行路基中线,相邻作业面的搭接碾压宽度,平行路中线方向不应小于50cm,机械碾压不到的部位,应辅以夯实,夯实时应采用连环套打法,夯迹双向套压,夯迹搭压宽度不小于1/3夯位。
9、碾压时,应遵循先轻后重、先稳后振、先慢后快、先边后中、先高后低以及轮迹要叠的原则。
