交底内容:
1.  本工程污水管材的选用:管径≥Ф300mm采用高密度聚乙烯管(HDPE)
(1).  高密度聚乙烯管(HDPE)当土壤承载力为80~100Kpa和非岩石时,采用原状土作为基础;当土壤承载力为50~70Kpa时,采用经夯实后的原状土作为基础,夯实密度应达到95%;当沟底遇到岩石、卵石、硬质土、软的膨胀土、不规则碎石块及浸泡土质而不宜作沟底基础时,应挖除后做人工基础,基础厚度应为0.3~0.5倍管径,且不得小于150mm。
2.  管道接口:≤Ф500 HDPE管采用 ‘O’形橡胶接口。
3.  管道基础施工前应修整槽底,复核标高,清除淤泥与碎石,若出现超挖,则采用砂砾回填,并人工夯压密实,不得使用土回填。
4.  管道基础垫层(300mm厚砂夹石和150mm厚中粗砂)施工,应做到夯实紧密、表面平整。管道基础在接口部位,应挖预留凹槽,以便于接口操作。凹槽在接口完成后,随即用砂填实。
5.  在管道下管前应检查和修整沟(槽)底标高和管道基础的质量,经监理验收符合施工规范及设计要求后,才允许下管。每根管子及每个配件在入沟之前应除去内部杂物,检查有无裂缝、碰伤、剥落及其他缺陷,不符合质量要求的,不得使用。
6.  根据各种管径、重量采用人工或机械下管。下管要有专人负责指挥,切实注意安全。下管时始终保持管身平衡均匀溜放至沟槽内,严禁将管材由沟槽边翻滚入槽内。对于钢筋混凝土管,一定要根据管子的重量和直径选择合适的柔性悬带或绳带,确认起吊机械性能良好后,方可进行起吊下管。
7.  高密度聚乙烯管(HDPE)的铺设:
(1).  管道须直线铺设,遇特殊情况可利用柔性接口折线铺设,相邻两节管纵轴线相对转角不大于20º
(2).  承插口管安装时,插口顺水流方向,承口逆水流方向,由下游向上游依次安装。

3. Pipeline construction before finishing bottom of the tank foundation, review level, clear the mud and gravel, if there overbreak, then backfill with gravel and compacting compaction manually, not use soil backfill.
4. Pipeline based bedding (300mm thick 150mm thick sand with stone and coarse sand) construction, should be tightly compacted, smooth surface. Pipeline based on the interface area, should be reserved dug grooves in order to interface operation. Grooves in the interface is complete, then filled with real sand.
5. In the pipeline before the next inspection and repair of pipe trench (groove) bottom elevation and channel-based quality inspection by the Commissioner consistent with the construction specifications and design requirements, are allowed under control. Each pipe and each fitting into the ditch before the removal of internal debris, check for cracks, bumps, spalling and other defects, does not meet the quality requirements, shall not be used.
6. According to various diameters, the weight under control by manual or mechanical. Be specifically responsible for directing the next tube, effectively safety. Always keep under control when sliding up the tube body to the groove evenly balanced, the forbidden side of the roll pipe into the tank by the groove. For reinforced concrete pipe must be based on the weight and diameter of pipe select the appropriate tape or rope hanging flexible, good mechanical properties confirm lifting before they are allowed under the lifting tube.
7. High-density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of laying:
(1). Pipeline to be laid straight, special circumstances can be installed using flexible interface to the line, vertical line adjacent two tubes relative rotation is not greater than 20 º
(2). Bearing socket pipe installation, the jack along the flow direction, flow socket reverse direction, from downstream to upstream order of installation.
