针对你队在梁板安装时在梁板边缘没有采取必要的安全防护措施，项目部特对其定为危险源，并要求你队在梁板边缘设置防护护栏，并在桥头设置警示标语。
一、 防护护栏要求
1、 防护护栏应由一道横杆组成，横杆离地高度为1.0~1.2米。
2、 横杆采用钢管。
3、 防护护栏柱每隔5.0米设一道。
二、 警示标语
警示标语要求警示非施工人员禁止上桥
