一、墩台身施工
本工程P1~P5为圆柱式桥墩,柱径Φ=1.5m,共30根,平均每根高13.637m,共长409.1m;两桥台均为三肋板式桥台,肋高4.92m~12.08m,肋板厚均为1m。
1、施工工序
测量放样→钢筋安装→模板支设→砼浇筑→砼养护
2、主要工序要求及操作要点
1)测量放样
为了使墩台位置,尺寸符合设计要求,先进行桥梁中线复测
根据测量成果定位,在基础顶面弹线放样并复核,保证桥墩柱位、桥台肋板位置准确无误。
2)钢筋加工安装
a)所有钢筋进场应具有出厂合格证明书或试验报告,并按不同规格、等级、钢种、牌号分批验收、分别存放、设立标识牌。并经送检合格后方可使用。钢筋加工前必须调直及除锈,并严格按设计图纸及有关技术规范要求进行下料及加工。
b)钢筋成型及安装
墩台身钢筋安装、绑扎顺序,是先绑扎墩台下端,立好竖筋,形成墩台骨架。桩顶、扩大基础顶面锚固筋应按规范和设计要求连结牢固,形成一体。同一截面的钢筋接头不超过50%且应错开配置。在钢筋与模板间设置垫块,垫块与钢筋扎紧,保证钢筋砼的保护层厚度。钢筋级别、直径、根数和间距均应符合设计,绑扎或焊接的钢筋应牢固、位置准确。
墩柱插筋:在浇扩大基础时插入,插筋的要求是位置准确,插筋长短必须符合规范要求。插筋绑扎后,露出表面扩大基础以上至少绑三个箍筋。
