1 砼配合比及搅拌
1.1 施工前必须对砼路面用的砂、石、水泥钢筋等原材料取样试验分析，并通过试验得出
砼配合比数据报告；同时复核平面和高程，检查模板位置和高程，使之符合国家有关标准、
规范的规定。
1.2 施工前必须对砼路面基层进行复查，各项技术指标均应合符国家标准、规范的规定。
1.3 材料要求
1.3.1 水泥：水泥进场必须有产品合格证及化验单，并对品种、标号、包装、出石日期进
行检查，不同标号、厂牌、品种、出厂日期的水泥不能混合堆放和混合使用，出厂日期超过
三个月或受潮水泥须经试验确定标号。
1.3.2 砂：应采用洁净、坚硬、符合级配要求，细度模数在2.5 能上能下的中、粗砂；条
件限制时可采用含泥量不于2%的细砂。
1.3.3 碎（砾）石：质地坚硬无风化，符合级配要求，最大粒径不超过40mm，其余指标
均应符合有关的规定。
1.3.4 混凝土搅拌及养护用水应采用清洁饮用水或经化验符合要求之水源。
1.3.5 外加剂：应按规定选用，并应经配合比试验符合要求后方可使用。
1.3.6 砼、板及钢筋：品种、规格要符合设计要求；钢筋应顺直、无裂伤、刻痕，表面油
污及锈蚀应清除。
1.4 混凝土的配合比应通过计算及试验室试配确定，其水灰比不大于0.50，单位水泥用量
不小于300kg/m3，塌落度宜为10-25mm。施工中应测定现场骨料的含水率，将A concrete mix and mixing
