水泥土搅拌桩技术交底

水泥土搅拌桩在桥台台后60米范围内采用。桩径55сm桩间距1.2~1.8米，梅花形布置，桩应穿过淤泥层0.5米当淤泥层厚度大于16米时，桩长按16米控制。
  一、材料：
     水泥采用普通硅酸盐水泥，强度32..5必须有出厂合格证和化验单，并按规范实验。水采用自来水或经化验合格的河水。
  二、施工工艺
1、 场地准备。清除地表杂土、腐植土、压实。
2、 测量定位。按设计要求的间距测放桩位。如要变更设计桩位，需经设计、监理同意。
3、 试桩
先按不同的地质段进行试桩，以掌握现场的成桩参数，拒此指导施工，试桩数不少于5根
4、 根据各段设计桩长，对钻杆用油漆做好标记，以便掌握钻进的深度。
5、 桩机定位对中，调正导轨的垂直度。
6、 预拌下沉到设计深度。
7、 提升喷浆搅拌。开启灰浆泵将水泥浆压入路基土中，边喷浆边旋转，边按试桩确定的提升速度提升搅拌机，停浆面比设计桩顶标高高出50сm。
8、 重复上、下搅拌，共四拌两喷。
9、 清洗。向集料斗中注适量的清水，开启灰浆泵，将管路中残存的水泥浆清洗干净，清除搅拌头上的土。
