水泥稳定级配碎石（石屑）基层技术交底
    本施工段车行道采用厚15cm 碎石垫层，在路床检验合格后施工。基垫层上铺设厚15cm4%水泥稳定石屑下基层。再在基上铺设30cm6%水泥稳定级配碎石基层；人行道无垫层，要20cm4水泥稳定石屑层%。
一、材料
1、水泥采用普通硅酸盐水泥、矿碴硅酸盐水泥，终凝时间在6小时以上。要有出厂合格证和厂家的化验报告。使用需要按规定进行检验；
2、碎石压碎值不大于30%，有机质含量不超过2%，最大粒径不超过31.5mm 不含或少含土；
3、水采用自来水。工程开工前，将拟用的材料样品委托实验室进行混合料组成设计，并将结果报告监理工程师审批。在未开始铺筑水泥稳定碎石面基层至少28天前，先在监理工程师批准的地点试铺一段800m2的试验路段。
试验路段试验方案包括用不同设备类型及技术，不同的压实方法，认真检验所采用的设备能满足备料、拌和、摊铺和压实最合适的方案。并确实次数、层厚、含水量、干密度等，据此指导施工。
二、施工工艺
1、拌和
在现场设搅拌站，机械搅拌。先检查水泥、碎石、石屑、水是否符合规范规定。配合比严格控制，确保拌和料达到最佳含水量。
2、摊铺
按设计厚度放出横断面标高，分层摊铺，摊铺用机械进行，机械无法到达的部位，用工摊铺，蛙式打夯机夯实。
3、碾压
摊铺整平后，立即碾压。应先轻后重，先边后中，先慢后快的原则，并在水泥终凝前完成。即先用8T压路机碾压2遍，再用12T压路机碾
