水泥稳定碎石层施工技术交底记录.doc

交底内容：
1、 待下层4%水泥石屑稳定层经验收合格后，在其上铺筑35cm6%水泥稳定级配碎石层。
2、 水泥碎石稳定层应用12吨以上的压路机碾压。
3、 必须饱湿养生，不使稳定碎石基层表面干燥，也不应忽干忽燥。
4、 用于水泥碎石基层的碎石，其压碎值不大于30%，硫酸盐含量不超过0.25%，有机质含量不大于2%。最大粒径不超过37.5mm（方孔筛）。
5、 集料拌和时的含水量比最佳含水量大0.5%～1.0%，以补偿施工过程中水份的蒸发；并保证和后的含水量稍高于最佳含水量，以弥补碾压过程中水分的损耗。
6、拌和好的混合料尽快摊铺，做到自第一次拌和机内加水至完成压实工作的时间不超过3小时，并不小于终凝时间。
7、不同施工段的衔接处，采用搭接处理，前一段拌和整形后，留5～8m不进行碾压，后一段施工时，前段留下未压的部分再加适量水泥重新拌和，并与后一段一起碾压。
