塑料排水板施工技术交底
一、 材料
C型塑料排水板截面尺寸100×4.5mm，抗拉强度不小于130N/cm，要有出厂合格证，报监理认可。
二、操作工艺
砂垫层施工经监理认可后，进行施工。
1、放线：按梅花形布置，部位桩长见设计图L—11，根数见设计图L-13。           
2、塑料排水板要求穿过淤泥软土层及软弱下卧层进入砂层至少0.5m，排水板的最大施工深度按25m控制。插完后排水板伸出砂垫层20cm。
3、 遇鱼塘、甘蔗地、沟渠，必须排水晾晒，挖除植物根，铲平塘梗。
4、 如场地太软，则在表面铺荆笆、塑料编织、尼龙编织等土工合成材料后修筑道路，机械进场。
5、 50cm厚砂垫层用中粗砂，含泥量小于5%，干密度不得小于1.6g/cm3,压实厚度为50cm，砂垫层伸出路堤坡脚外1m，当路堤设计高度大于3.5m时，在砂垫层中加铺一层单向土工格栅，土工格栅的抗拉强度不小于50KN/m。另外，在与搅拌桩交接处前后各10米长采用双向土工格栅，其抗拉强度不小于50KN/m。
6、 塑料排水板接长时，必须采用滤膜内芯板平搭接的方式，搭接长度不得小于200mm。
7、 严格控制回带长度，不得超过500mm，否则要在附近补打，回带的根数应控制在总打设根数的5%以内。
8、 桩长与套管配合要适当，以免淤泥进入。
三、质量标准
