预制混凝土板块和水泥方砖路面铺设施工
1  范围
    本工艺标准适用于工业与民用建筑的厂区、庭院道路及停车场等，铺设预制混凝土板块和水泥方格砖面层。
2  施工准备
    2.1  材料及主要机具：
    2.1.1  预制混凝土板块：强度不应小于20MPa，规格为49.5cm×49.5cm，路面块材厚度为10cm以上，人行道及庭院块材厚度为5cm以上。进场时应有出厂合格证、混凝土强度试压记录。并对混凝土板块进行外观检查，表面要求密实，无麻面、裂纹和脱皮，边角方正，无扭曲、缺角、掉边。板块允许偏差：长、宽±2.5mm.，厚度±2.5mm，长度≥400mm平整度为lmm，长度≥800mm，平整度为2mm。
    2.1.2  水泥方格砖：尺寸为25cm×25cm×5cm，抗压、抗折强度符合设计要求，其规格、品种按设计要求选配，外观边角整齐方正，表面光滑、平整，无扭曲、缺角、掉边现象，进场时应有出厂合格证。
    2.1.3  砂：粗砂、中砂。
    2.1.4  水泥：325号以上普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥，有出厂合格证。
    2.1.5  磨细生石灰粉：提前48h熟化后再用。
    2.1.6  预制混凝土与路牙子，按图纸尺寸及强度等级提前预制加工。
    2.1.7  主要机具：小水桶、半截桶、扫帚、平铁锹、铁抹子、大木杠、小木杠、筛子、窗纱筛子、喷壶、锤子、橡皮锤、錾子、溜子、板块夹具、扁担、手推车等。
    2.2  作业条件：
    2.2.1  庭院或小区的地下各种管道，如污水、雨水、电缆、煤气等均施工完，并经检查验收。
    2.2.2  庭院或小区的场地已进行基本平整，障碍物已清除出场。
