交底内容:
1. 综合管沟及其附属工程的结构砼为C30防水砼,抗渗标号为S6,垫层为C15素砼。
2. 混凝土的保护层厚度:
综合管沟及其附属工程结构的地下结构:底板下层、壁板外侧和顶板上层为50mm,其余为30mm;
综合管沟及其附属工程结构的地上结构:梁、柱为35mm,板为25mm;
3. 混凝土配制:本工程采用商品混凝土,混凝土配置严格按设计要求的技术指标确定。混凝土配合比必须经试验确定,水泥的选用要减小地下水对钢筋及混凝土的腐蚀。
4. 混凝土浇注前对模板、钢筋、预埋件、预留孔洞、止水带等进行检查,清除模板内杂物,隐蔽验收合格后,方可灌注混凝土。
5. 混凝土浇注过程中随时观测模板、支架、钢筋、预埋件和预留孔洞等情况,发现问题,及时处理。
6. 混凝土的浇注:本工程采用商品混凝土,并用流槽把砼从搅拌车直接卸到浇注地点。混凝土到达现场后,材料试验员核准混凝土发车时间,混凝土的品种、强度等级,混凝土坍落度是否在规定的范围内,并随机取样测定和做试块,严格把好混凝土的质量关。不同的分部混凝土施工分述如下:
(1).  底板混凝土浇注:
A.  底板厚300mm,混凝土强度等级为防水C30、抗渗等级为S6。在底板面以上500mm设置一水平施工缝,施工中间设镀锌钢板止水带,截面为300mm×3mm。
B.  在混凝土浇筑前24小时内对垫层进行洒水湿润,采用“一个坡度、分层浇筑、循序推进、一次到顶”的斜面分层法浇筑。
C.  每个施工段均选择沿管沟方向浇筑,逐层覆盖沿管沟方向推进。浇筑混凝土时保证每个工作面各有一个流槽。混凝土浇注要连续,一气呵成,不留任何竖向施工冷缝。
D.  浇筑混凝土时边浇筑边振捣,振动器插入方式可采用行列式或
