交底内容:
1. 本工程采用建筑夹板作模板,厚度为18mm,构造尺寸为长×宽=980×1800。
2. 模板安装前应在模板表面涂抹脱模剂。
3. 模板安装前,必须经过正确放样,检查无误后才立模安装。
4. 模板必须支撑牢固、稳定,无松动、跑模、超标准的变形下沉等现象。模板拼缝平整严密,并采取措施填缝,保证不漏浆,模内必须干净。模板安装后及时报验及浇混凝土。
5. 结构变形缝处的端头按设计要求设填缝板,填缝板与嵌入式止水带中心线和变形缝中心线重合并用模板固定牢固。止水带不能打孔或用铁钉固定。填缝板的支撑必须牢固,确保不跑模。
6. 墙模板:
(1).  管沟墙钢筋绑扎完毕经验收合格后,随即清理其周围杂物,为安装模板作准备。
(2).  墙模板由φ48钢管立档及100mm×100mm木枋横档和φ48mm钢管斜撑来支撑固定:先立100mm×100mm木枋横档@500mm,然后放φ48mm钢管立档@600mm。采用φ48×3.5mm钢管斜撑固定内侧板,斜撑底部采用预埋钢筋固定。另外,在基底两侧预埋φ48×3.5mm短钢管,将侧模竖向围檩与预埋短钢管用扣件扣牢,以控制侧模上浮。由于钢管斜撑长度较长,为保证斜支撑的稳定,要求斜支撑之间进行有效的连接。
(3).  在墙轴线及边线测量放样准确无误后,并将模板按组分块,再开始安装。模板安装时,先安装端部外侧模,经吊锤吊直,拉线拉平后,将其固定撑牢,再依次安装其余内侧模待钢筋等隐蔽验收完成后安装另一侧模板,同时安装、紧收对拉螺栓、斜撑等并加以固定。
