综合管沟外防水工程施工技术交底.doc

交底内容：
1. 综合管沟工程防水等级为2级,主体结构采用防水混凝土,迎水面采用无机防水涂料涂刷,施工缝嵌钢板止水带,变形缝采用中埋式橡胶止水带。
2. 无机防水涂料的主要性能应符合《地下工程防水技术规范》（GB50108-2001）及《地下防水工程质量验收规范》（GB50208-2002）的相关规定。
3. 本工程采用的无机防水涂料有水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料和水基渗透型防水涂料两种。中环路综合管沟除标准断面采用水基渗透型防水涂料外，其它部位采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料；11号路综合管沟采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料。
4. 综合管沟防水工程施工期间，要做好排水工作，地下水位应降低至防水工程底部最低标高以下至少30cm，直至防水工程全部完成为止。 基坑周围的地面水必须排除或控制，不得流入基坑。基坑中不应积水，如有积水，要排除，严禁带水或带泥浆进行防水工程施工。
5. 基面必须平整牢固。用2m长直尺检查，基面与直尺间的最大空隙不超过5mm，且每米长度内不得多于一处，空隙间只允许有平缓变化。基层表面应清洁干燥。当干燥有困难时，应涂刷潮湿基面处理剂。阴阳角处，均应做成圆弧形或钝角。
6. 所有的表面都应清除疏松的物质、脱模剂、油圬、胶及其它异物。如有必要，应用高压清洗法以除去污物、灰尘及尘垢。
