一、工程概况
xx 特大桥,全长2490.16 m(DK148+553.49~DK151+043.65),基础型
式:温州台为明挖扩大基础,其余全为钻孔桩基础,最深桩长73m;设76
个墩,2 个台,最高墩12m。其中跨永宁江23#~27#墩,自设计水位至承台
底为3.5~10 米不等,要搭设水中施工作业平台,做钢围堰或者薄壁混凝
土围堰施工;另有6 个墩处在水沟、小河和泥浆池中,需设草袋围堰或钢
板桩围堰。所有承台采用低桩承台,有水开挖。柱桩要求桩底嵌入基岩层
不少于2.0m(分布情况详见纵断面图),桩长15.5 m~73 m,总桩长Φ125
计548 根,总长32509 m;Φ150 计56 根,总长3408m;钢筋笼设计为Ⅰ级
钢筋。全桥穿越地层分布为腐殖土、淤泥、砂砾层、粉质粘土、黏土、砂
层、全风化~弱风化凝灰岩层,最大地基承载力1000kpa。
二、施工工艺及程序
施工工艺框图见图2.1
施工程序:场地清理→测量班现场桩位放样→报监理验收→埋设
护筒、制备泥浆、导管泌水试验→报监理验收→钻机就位→钻孔→记
录保存地质资料(地质情况与设计不符报监理及设计单位现场处理)
→钻孔完成、初清→报监理验收→下钢筋笼→报监理验收→下导管→
二清→报监理验收→报工地试验室开配合比、开盘证→拌合站拌混凝
土→罐车运输→灌桩→拔除导管
