B桥处理施工总结
深圳市海上田园B桥处理工程在深圳市海上田园风光建设指挥部、深圳市宝安区建设监理公司、中南市政设计院、区质检站等相关部门的大力支持下,我公司现已圆满的完成了该桥的就位于加固等处理工作。
一、工程概况
深圳市海上田园B桥处理工程位于海上田园区内,是密林区至园区大门方向的主要通道,横跨芦花湖,桥长约40m、宽10.0m。桥墩偏移的主要原因地质条件差,淤泥深达7.0m,桥头回填方挤压使桥墩偏位,为了解决桥墩移位,特请铁科院与中南市政设计院到现场查看,并提出相关的解决方案与施工图,施工图纸要求拆卸桥头回填土方,校正桥墩进行加固,桥头两侧回填轻质材料(EPS板),恢复路基。
二、施工情况
根据中南市政设计院施工图纸进行加固处理,在该桥两侧即上下游河床采用砂袋围堰抽水,待水抽排干后清理河槽底,桥头两侧滑动土采用机械开挖土方自由卸车外运,其中南侧挖方长41.5m、宽16.0m,北侧挖方23.5m、宽16.0m,两侧挖土方2047m3,人工清理淤泥416m3,回填EPS轻质材料与石粉1870m3,原土回填607m3。
滑动土卸出后,于两侧校正借力复位桩,用采φ25mm钢丝绳(抗拉力不小于150KN),一端套在复位桩的液压式千斤顶,另一端套在桥墩的偏移墩上,慢慢加压千斤顶进行复位。复位垂直线使用经纬仪进行定位控制,待桥墩完全就位后,河槽底(桥下)

First, project survey

Second, the construction of the
Central Services Construction Design Institute under the reinforcement drawings, in the bridge on both sides of the river upstream and downstream cofferdam by pumping sand bags, water pumping capacity to be dry riverbed clean-up the end of bridge on both sides of sliding soil excavated earth by mechanical unloading outside the free transport, which long excavation south of 41.5m, width 16.0m, the north side of excavation 23.5m, width 16.0m, on both sides of earth digging 2047m3, manual desilting 416m3, backfill EPS lightweight materials and powder 1870m3, the original soil backfill 607m3.
After unloading sliding soil, leveraging on both sides of calibration reset pile, with mining φ25mm rope (tensile strength not less than 150KN), one end of the set of hydraulic pile in the reset jack, set the other end of the offset in the bridge pier pier, the slow slow jack pressure reset. Reset vertical positioning control using the theodolite until the pier is fully seated, the river channel bottom (underneath)
