昌万公路建设项目竣工档案资料管理报告

一、项目概况
南昌至万年公路建设项目（原称南昌至峡岭公路建设项目，2003年11月经上级批准，更称为现名）依据江西省发展计划委员会《关于南昌至峡岭公路工程可行性研究报告的批复》（赣计能交字〔1999〕37号）、江西省发展计划委员会《关于南昌至峡岭公路工程初步设计的批复》（赣计设审字〔2002〕46号）、江西省发展计划委员会《关于南昌至峡岭公路重大设计变更及有关概算调整的批复》（赣计设审字〔2003〕341号）。该项目于2002年6月28日正式开工，2004年5月20日进行了交工验收，2004年6月28日正式建成通车。
（一）建设规模及标准
南昌至万年（峡岭）二级公路始于南昌市北京东路延伸段与尤（口）氨（厂）公路交界处，沿鄱阳湖南岸修建。途经南昌县、进贤县、余干县、万年县，终点在万年县境内的峡岭与206国道相接。主线总长108.95公里，连接线长5.92公里。工程总投资原为54055.34万元，经省计委（赣设审字[2003]341号）文件批复，调整后的概算为59034.78万元。
