施工技术总结
 
一、工程概况
千禧鹊桥、田园桥、花桥、余庆桥、万寿龟桥及增加的引桥，是水上街市吉庆广场工程的组成部分，是联系各境点及各境区之间的走廊。由深圳市海上田园风光旅游开发公司兴建、东南大学建筑设计院设计、宝安监理公司监理、深圳市华侨建筑工程公司承建施工。桥身主体为钢筋混凝土结构，基础以φ550水泥搅拌桩为支承点在上设独立条型钢筋砼承台，桥高4.8m，桥长分别7m～12m，宽度m3.6～12m，五座桥总工程造价为136万元。
本五座桥工程于2001年9月10日相继开工，并于2001年12月5日全部完工，历时95天，工程质量达到优良。

二、施工管理及组织
我公司根据业主的使用要求，本着以主人翁的精神，以目标统揽全局，以经济承包为杠杆进行精心组织、科学管理，建立一个权限明确、责任清晰、分项细致、要求严格、高效率的管理组织机构和素质过硬的专业施工队伍，其形式和投入的主要人员及机械设备如下：
