施 工 技 术 总 结

一、工程概况
新湖路(北段)市政工程,地处宝安新中心区。是由宝安区城市建设投资发展公司兴建,宝安区市政工程设计院设计,深圳市全安建设监理有限公司监理,深圳市华侨建筑工程公司第一分公司承建。
施工起点桩号0+060(X22353.464、Y96064.100)、终点桩号0+728.15(X21902.083、Y96556.643),全长668.15m,工程预算造价2997万元。
工程自1995年   月   日开始施工,但由于其他原因在中途于1996年   月   日暂停施工。之后在2000年   月   日由建设单位组织,重新签订承包合同,于2000年9月8日灰复动工,并在2002年10月1日按优良工程正式完成。
二、工程地质地貌特征
本工程施工路段原始地貌为潮间带,后经人工围成若干鱼塘。塘底高程为0.00m~0.8m,水深约为1.0m,塘埂高程2.0m~3.5m。施工段内除塘埂及水域区外,其中在0+150处有一条横穿路基的河道(咸水涌)。而0+060~0+120段全部被人工弃淤覆盖,高程在2.3m~3.8m。
地质构造经钻探揭示,自上而下分为:
1、人工填土:分布于塘埂、路堤和0+060~0+120段,厚度1.5m~3.8m。
2、淤泥:海相沉积,黑色、灰黑色、厚度在4.7m~7.9m之间,平均厚度6.3m左右。
3、冲洪积粘土层:位于淤泥层以下,黄褐色等杂色,可塑状,平均厚度0.7m。
4、淤泥质中粗砂:最大厚度7.9m,呈饱和,松散至稍密状态,灰色及灰黑色。
5、中粗砂层:黄灰、灰白色、饱和、中密状态,全路段均有分布。具低压缩性,使其强度大幅度提高,满足路基下卧要求。
三、工程设计概况
1、本道路设计等级为城市一级次干道,设计时速40km/h,设计荷载等级为行车道BZZ-100型标准车。设计年限为交通量达到饱和状态的所限15年,路面结构达到临界使用状态的年限30年。
2、道路设计为单幅路横断面,总路幅宽度50m,即停车道21m+人行道2×2m+绿化带2×6.3m+外边人行道2×6.2m。
3、道路地基处理分别采用换填块石处理和插塑料排水板动力强夯固结法处理。处理范围宽度60m。动力排水固结段地基处理后交工的面高程为2.6m,处理后剩余沉降量≤15cm,纵横向100m沉降差≤10cm,交工面承载力≥100Kpa。换填块石段地基的处理后交工面高程为3.1m。
4、路面设计为刚性路面,结构组合从上而下分别为:
a、C35商品砼混凝土面层,厚24cm。
b、6%水泥稳定石粉渣基层,厚20cm。
c、4%水泥稳定石粉渣底基层,厚15cm。
5、人行道设计为:
40cm×40cm×5cm彩色人行道板砖;
M7.5水泥砂浆找平层,厚2cm;
6%水泥石粉渣稳定层,厚15cm;
6、雨、污水管(渠)道设计:
a、雨水管采用D500(Ⅱ级)钢筋承插式砼管,埋深1.9m~2.2m。
b、雨水渠为钢筋砼底板、砖砌墙、预制钢筋砼盖板、结构尺寸为1.5m×1.5m、1.5m×1.4m、1.5m×1.2m。埋设深度在

Second, engineering geological and geomorphological features

3, Alluvial clay layer: in the mud layer below the mottled brown and so on, plastic-like, with an average thickness of 0.7m.
4, silty-sand: a maximum thickness of 7.9m, was saturated, loose to somewhat dense state, gray and dark gray.
5, the sand layer: yellow gray, gray, saturated, in the secret state, all sections were distributed. With low compression, greatly improved its strength, to meet the requirements under the Bed of lying.
3, Project Design
1, the design of the road rating for city-level sub-trunk roads, the design speed of 40km / h, the design load rating for a lane BZZ-100-type standard. Design life span of traffic to reach saturation of the 15-year limit, pavement structure used to achieve the critical state of life for 30 years.

5, the sidewalk is designed to:
40cm × 40cm × 5cm color sidewalk tile;
M7.5 leveling layer of cement mortar, thickness 2cm;
6% slag cement powder, stable layer of thickness 15cm;
6, rain, sewer (drainage) Road Design:
a, rain water pipe with D500 (Ⅱ grade) reinforced concrete pipe socket type, depth of 1.9m ~ 2.2m.
