    安福县安下至文家10.4公里被省公路局2002年10号     文批准立项，路线按三级公路标准进行改善路基宽8.5米，路面宽7米，路基土石方139367m3，涵洞557m/50道，小桥3座/20，中桥3座/124.426m,厚15cm填隙碎石垫层17117m2 ，厚16cm填隙碎石垫层56249m2，厚19cm填隙碎石垫层6902m2 ，水泥稳定砂砾基层13155m3，封层78218m2，沥青表面处治2190m3。2002年省路局20号文批准土石方、桥涵施工图设计及经费批复，总投资额为280.46万元，该线全长10.4公里,起始与安福县泰山乡安下村，终于泰山乡文家村，沿途经过安下村、泰山村、南沙村、文家村。该项目的土地征用、房屋拆迁和土石方工程款由地方配套，桥涵，由省公路局负责贷款，2002年由于分局未下放到地方，所以土方
